Requirements

Experienced trainer and facilitator working with development organizations, funders, and/or companies.
Experience in the international development sector, ideally working in economic development, livelihood, private sector development programs, resilience, or market systems development programs.
Based in Kenya, Rwanda, or Uganda (must be able to travel within East Africa and to South Africa).
Experience delivering practical, participatory learning for development teams (not lecture-style training).
Excellent communicator; Excellent written and spoken English required
Available from mid-November 2025 for short-term assignments.
