SystemsXChange: Cape Town

Vikara hosted the inaugural SystemsXChange Cape Town gathering, bringing together practitioners from Peru, the United States, and South Africa around a shared commitment to deeper, more systemic impact. Spanning sectors from peace-building and education to health, agriculture, and housing, participants reflected on what drew them to systems thinking, the work that excites them, and the complex challenges they are navigating. It was a space of honest reflection, humility, and peer learning, grounded in diverse perspectives and a willingness to question assumptions and learn from one another.
