Practitioners from across sectors gathered in Addis Ababa to connect, share experiences, and deepen their systems thinking practice. Bringing a shared commitment to deeper, more systemic impact, participants reflected on what drew them to systems thinking, the work that currently excites them, and the complex challenges they are navigating, creating a space for honest dialogue, humility, and peer learning grounded in lived realities and diverse perspectives.
